Capture

I were stumbling around on the net using StumbleUpon, when I found a tutorial on how to hide archive files into an image using a CMD command. I decided to make a GUI for it, so it should be a little bit easier to use. You can still see the images in any program that can show images (Windows photoviewer, IE, FF, PS etc), but if you open it in winRAR etc, you will find the files hidden in it instead.

You can now search for archives and unpack them from the program!

fileHider pre-v2

Supported archives:

  • RAR
  • ZIP

Supported images:

  • JPG/JPEG
  • PNG

After you have put an archive into an image, just open the image in winRAR or in the app etc.

System req:

  • JRE needs to be installed (if it isn’t, it will be automatically downloaded and installed (hopefully))

Featuers:

  • Create image archive
  • Search for image archive
  • Unpack image archive
